There are many ways to install the grid. The most common methods and the applicable scope are as follows:
1. High-altitude bulk method. The high-altitude bulk method is divided into a full-support method, a partial movable bracket method and a cantilever method. This method is suitable for large-scale assembly of brackets in difficult lifting situations. When installing the grid using this method, pay attention to the position of the elevation and the axis to determine a reasonable assembly sequence.
2. Striping or block grid installation method. The welding and assembling work of the grid installed by this method must be completed on the ground, and the equipment cost of the crane is reduced by using the equipment of the construction site, which greatly saves the cost.
3. High-altitude slip method. To use this grid installation method, first divide the grid into strips of grid units, and set the rails in advance to slide the grid to a pre-designed location. This grid mounting method is suitable for applications that span engineering and require three-dimensional cross-over construction.
4. The overall lifting method. This method requires a method of lifting the grid to a fixed position after the grid is installed on the ground. This method is suitable for grid structures that are within the range that lifting equipment is allowed to withstand. Pay attention to the control of the synchronous rise of the grid during the implementation process.
5. The overall promotion method. This method requires a truss structure with a large number of peripheral supports. It is required to install a truss lifting device on the structural column to raise the truss installed on the ground to a desired position.
6, the overall jacking method. This method requires the method of splicing the grid into a whole on the ground and then lifting the grid to the design height with a jack. This method is suitable for point support grids, and requires a good control of the verticality control of the grid.
